Workpackages

This figure summarizes the project structure, showing the names of the work packages (rounded rectangles) and the project results (rectangles). The WPs form three main groups (in addition to overall project management WP6):

• Foundations (WP1):
  Improve the existing solution prototype based on the proof-of-concept and commercial trials feedback
• Demonstration (WP2-3):
  Release the improved prototype and implement commercial pilots with 3 actors in the airport industry
• Market Development (WP4-5):
  Carry out promotion and communication activities during the project, prepare/plan activities required beyond the project to prepare the commercial exploitation of the project results
